After graduating from the University of Buffalo School of Nursing, I spent 30 years in acute skilled nursing settings. I noticed that instead of medical care being focused on prevention of diseases created by poor lifestyle choices , it was heavily focused on treatment of symptoms and conditions only. So, I resigned my position in hospital care and opened my own business as a Health and Wellness Coach! I love meeting with clients one on one to assist them in discovery of the chronic lifestyle obstacles preventing them from reaching their wellness goals! We work on creating an individual plan for things like weight loss, management of stress, improving sleep, hydration, improving medical conditions and more! Health is Wealth!
